Giovanni Sarti always said that the attribution of a painting was not the most important thing. What was important was to explain what you felt when you looked at it, why you liked it and why you chose it from among so many others. To illustrate this principle, which he constantly put into practice, we wanted to bring together in this exhibition a collection of coup de coeurs of this exceptional man in so many ways. A difficult choice to make!
